When you use our enquiry forms (contact, upgrade, repair) we collect what you choose to provide: your name, phone number, email address, device details, and any message or photo you attach. If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is handled through WhatsApp's own platform under Meta's terms and privacy policy.
Why we collect it
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, for example to quote current pricing, discuss an upgrade, or assess a repair. We do not sell your information to third parties.
Cookies and analytics

Image uploads
Photos submitted through the repair assessment form are stored securely and used only to help assess your device. They are not publicly accessible.
