About Plugtech
An Apple-focused electronics retailer in Nairobi.
We sell iPhones and Apple products, support your upgrade when you're ready for a newer one, work out Lipa Mdogo Mdogo plans with you, and repair and service what comes back through the door, all from Nairobi.
What we do.
We focus on Apple devices: new and refurbished iPhones across every generation, alongside iPad, MacBook, Apple Watch, and AirPods. Want to upgrade the iPhone you're carrying, spread the cost with Lipa Mdogo Mdogo, or get a professional repair assessment? That's exactly what we're here for.
Send us a message over WhatsApp, call, or come in and see us in person in Nairobi, we'll answer you directly, not a bot and not a queue.

Direct communication
Reach us on WhatsApp, by phone, or by email for anything you need.
Why customers choose us.
Apple, exclusively
Not a general phone shop. iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch and AirPods, and very little about them we can't answer.
Trade up with ease
Tell us what you're carrying and what you want next, we'll tell you exactly what that move looks like.
Three ways to pay
Pay in full, spread it with Lipa Mdogo Mdogo, or put your current iPhone towards it, your choice.
Sold here, serviced here
Screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras and diagnostics, handled by the people who sold you the device.
Visit or message us.
We're happy to answer questions before you decide.
